We have established collaboration with Grant-in-Aid for Transformative Research Areas (A) ‘Emergence of Novel Functional Assembly by Evo-Physico Information Coupling (EPIC Assembly)’, led by Professor Tetsuya Kobayashi. Through intensive discussions with this area, which researches how advanced life functions emerged and became refined from an evolutionary perspective, we will conduct research on ‘life and non-life’ from a broader viewpoint.
